By joining with the IRCC’s Associate members we are able to provide you with a mirid of training for specific products or learning new applications methods for materials you have never used before.

Leadership and Job Management

There are a few people that just have an inherent manager’s “knack”, but for the rest of us a crucial class that teaches us about Leadership and Management is necessary.

The CRU Leadership class does just that. It takes all the students through basic leadership skills, project control, workforce diversity, organization, and safety skills. It includes the development of a look-ahead Schedule and the development of an estimate for a given work activity.
